The Model School - a learning organisation
The Model School fulfils the goal of a learning organisation by offering all employees of the Model Group a variety of different internal training and further education opportunities. These are held under the roof of the MODELHOF in a motivating atmosphere.
The Model School is built on four pillars: "Start", "Talents", "Leadership", and "Focus". According to our training and learning principles, it is desirable to consciously leave comfort zones and to actively play a part and contribute one's ideas. Our objectives: Developing solutions and designing the transfer of learning. The foundation are our values, which we call the quintessence.
The 2-day start serves new employees as a knowledge base to start working within the Model Group. It creates time and space for meetings of people who are at all levels of the company. New employees from the West region come to the place where the history of the Model Group began and get to know the Model family and their values.
The aim of the Model School is to identify potentials of the employees (talents). To have, to promote and to keep personalities with potential is not only an economic, but also a personal concern of the Family Model. We find talents at all levels of the company. A talent is a future-oriented employee who can carry out further tasks in line with our corporate goals and philosophy. Whether an identified talent is ultimately promoted is always decided by two companies and employees. First comes the gift that wants to be discovered. After that it needs someone who facilitates the promotion. After all, it is not without a proper dose of will of the talent itself, so that the personal development can take place.
It is important to us to continuously develop the competences of our managers. At regular intervals, internal, practical training and workshops for executives take place.
Focus includes timely and needs-based training, workshops and coaching. These take place in the individual framework (individual coaching) or in the group. They go beyond "leadership", because here the employees of all company levels come to the train. The topic spectra have no limits.
