    Our company history goes back more than 140 years. Model Group is managed by Daniel and Elisabeth Model, the fourth generation, and the next generation is already part of the company. We place particular emphasis on flat hierarchies with short decision-making paths and an efficient flow of business processes.

    Closed paper loop

    Sustainability

    Sustainability is part of our business model. At Model, we can produce packaging in a closed loop: Our raw material is recycled fibers from used paper products, from which new paper is created. We use this to produce corrugated board - the main material for our packaging. We deliver this to our customers and collect it used again.

    Applications can only be accepted via the online application tool or as a PDF file by e-mail. To start with, we require a curriculum vitae and job references. A letter of motivation is optional. 

     

    If possible, save your documents as PDF files. The maximum file size is 50 MB each and the file name should not contain brackets.

     

    After sending your documents, you will receive a confirmation by e-mail. Please also check your spam folder.

     

    After receipt of your application, your documents will be checked promptly . You will receive a response after a maximum of 4 days. In the next step, you may be invited to get to know each other for the first time.

     

    We store and use your data exclusively for the application process. After 6 months, all data will be automatically and completely deleted.

    Of course you can send us an unsolicited application. Upon receipt of your documents, you will receive a confirmation of receipt by e-mail and a response after 2 weeks at the latest.

     

     

    We offer apprenticeships in the industrial and commercial sector as well as internships at our four locations. At our location in Eilenburg, we also offer the opportunity to complete theses or university internships. Vacancies can be found in the "Apprenticeship and More" section.
