In the individually designed onboarding process, we take the time to convey values, experience, and know-how to our new employees. In this way, we create the necessary basis for them to develop well with us and to be able to do excellent work. Onboarding is accompanied by various events.

At the same time, you receive on-the-job training every day - our many long-serving employees pass on their experience to new team members and in return also learn something new. And because we care about the safety and health of our employees, our colleagues are encouraged to complete recurring online training on these topics.
