    Development & testing area

    In the development and testing area, ideas become tangible. Using modern technology, we create samples, build prototypes, and test new packaging solutions under real-world conditions. Even small production runs can be carried out here directly. This allows concepts to be validated early on and developed further together to achieve optimal results.

    Success stories from the PCC

    Paper Pearls – Rethinking injection molding

    With our Paper Pearls, we focus on sustainable paper-based injection molding instead of plastic. The granulates are made from paper fibers or bioplastics and are suitable for a wide range of applications – such as rigid inserts, trays, or packaging shells. The result: lower CO₂ emissions, high recyclability, home compostability, and complete design freedom.

    Paper Clouds – die EPS alternative

    Paper Clouds are our answer to Styrofoam: lightweight, shock-absorbing corrugated cardboard inserts with a special coating. They reliably protect sensitive products, can be processed just like traditional materials, and are fully recyclable. Already in successful use by our customer Kärcher.
