Model Obaly a. s., a leading manufacturer of packaging solutions in the Czech Republic, has been awarded Top Employers Institute certification for the first time in its history. The award confirms that the company is among the top employers and the HR processes are well-designed and functional in everyday practice.

The Top Employers Institute certification is the result of a detailed audit of HR processes. Every year, the international institute evaluates companies according to more than a hundred criteria – from recruitment and onboarding to training and talent development, evaluation and remuneration systems, corporate culture, diversity, and employee care. As part of this process, Model Obaly demonstrated that its HR procedures are not only well-designed, but also truly functional and deliver measurable results.
