We manufacture a full range of recycled paper grades, including various testliner and medium grades as well as a kraftliner substitute. These papers allow us to design lighter boxes at the same strength – without the extra weight.

Smarter Board Choices

Single or Double Flute?

Lightweight paper opens the door to smarter board choices. Instead of using thick single-wall boards, we can now opt for double-walled solutions that offer:

This means better performance and presentation—without added material.

Any paper under 100 g/m² is considered lightweight. We produce brown recycled paper in various grades:

Testliner in different grades
Kraftliner substitute in different grades
Fluteliner

Paper machine among the top 5 in Europe

Location Eilenburg

The site in Germany has been part of the Model Group since August 2021. The conversion of our plant for the production of corrugated base paper has been successfully completed since August 2024.

The highly productive manufacturing program includes the production of corrugating medium and testliner 3 from 70-120 g/sqm². The capacity of the paper machine is 600,000 tons per year with a working width of 9.40m.

This means that the largest and widest paper machine in the Model Group is now available in Eilenburg.
