    Production and Maintenance

    What awaits you in Production and Maintenance at Model

    Every year, we produce around 1.4 billion m² of corrugated board sheets and 466,000 tons of packaging paper for corrugated board production. We are supported in this by modern machinery and a high degree of automation.

    Our production and maintenance teams work hand in hand to identify and rectify major breakdowns at an early stage. To this end, we ensure the technical availability of the equipment around the clock. Mutual helpfulness, respect and tolerance are decisive for this.

    Onboarding

    In the individually designed onboarding process, we take the time to convey values, experience, and know-how to our new employees. In this way, we create the necessary basis for them to develop well with us and to be able to do excellent work. Onboarding is accompanied by various events.
