Has my order been fulfilled?

After completing your order, you will receive a confirmation by e-mail. You can view the current status of your order at any time in the login area of our online shop under "Orders". Is it safe to order online?

All data provided by you will be used exclusively for ordering and delivery purposes. We use the latest encryption techniques to ensure that unauthorized third parties cannot gain access to your data. For credit card payments, we use the 3D Secure procedure to protect your sensitive data. Please note that we do not store any sensitive data about you.

Is there a minimum or maximum order value?

No - There is no minimum or maximum order value.

Do I get a volume discount for large purchases?

We offer postage-free delivery from an order value of EUR 350.-. You also have the option of ordering smaller quantities and benefit from free space in your warehouse. At the same time, you do not tie up capital in inventory.

 

If you need larger quantities on a one-off basis, we offer you attractive graduated prices. In addition, with large shopping carts, you have the option of receiving a special offer for the entire shopping cart. Our packaging specialists are at your disposal to assist you with your individual requirements.

 

For larger annual quantities, we offer you the possibility to agree on customer-specific prices. Please contact our customer service for more information and to discuss individual price arrangements. Our team will be happy to assist you in the optimal design of your order.

Delivery

Does the Model Shop also deliver abroad?

We deliver to Germany, Belgium, Luxembourg, Switzerland and the Netherlands. 

Can I choose an exact delivery date?

Yes, you have the option to select a desired delivery date for your order. You can specify a date that is up to 3 months in the future.

How can I change my shipping address?

To change your delivery address, please log in to your user account with your e-mail address and password. Under the menu item "Address Book" in your user account, you can change the shipping address or add additional addresses.

I have received a faulty delivery. What do I need to do?

We would like to point out that complaints must be reported immediately after receipt of the goods. For a quick processing of your request, we ask you to contact our customer service immediately. Our customer service is at your disposal and will do their best to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
